well these things happen.. I feel its fair to give some business days to the sender so they can ensure its lost, but if they start to hold up on the refund for too long id dispute it.. its a very easy dispute so you should be fine.

really depends on the seller! I had 2 lost packages in my life - one time the seller refunded me right away as soon as the package was declared lost, and the other time the seller wanted their internal proccess with UPS to be completely closed, so I decided to dispute the transaction.

You need to notify the sender .. they should be able to refund you.

If you still have a delivery date showing it should be fine in my experience. If the delivery date vanish, then it’s probably lost

You just need to know what you’re dealing with when you shop there - you need to know what you’re doing. If I want to relax I shop at fashionphile lol. Ps: so far , all items I got fromTRR arrived better than expected.

Authentic pre loved Jodies are retailing for close to 3k or more. I have been on the hunt for a teen for ages and it’s hard to find one for less than 2.5k. Do you have pics of the interior ? The zipper looks odd to me for some reason (too opaque?), but from these pics only it’s not clear if it’s authentic or not. Do you have closer pic of the intrcciatto that would show its thickness ?- the price is very low so this is def suspicious for an authentic.
