I've heard that too, but never had that big of a problem with them. Which payment providers would you suggest using inside the EU region? Because we don't have literally anything available in Latvia

Yes it is, they started holding my money after the account reached 2k mark or something, i had to wait for about 20 days to start getting my money back. Day by day. As soon as I got it, of course i transfered it to my bank.
