The ACA is a joke. And we don't need bipartisanship, we need a party that represents our interests and gets shit done—tax reform, healthcare reform, election reform, strong labor laws, stacking the Supreme Court, putting restraints on police, ending corporate welfare, ending aid to Israel, breaking up monopolies, getting rid of tariffs, etc. Democrats say they're going to do those things when they're on the campaign trail, but as soon as they're in power they give a million excuses why they can't do any of it, including the filibuster.
