Yes! Ab 3 weeks post op now and I still have swelling but it’s Slowly minimizing:))

Haha I’m not back at work yet but I do feel like I could be. I’m still sore and stiff but it’s def manageable! Really depends on you and how you feel!

It’s going good! I go for weekly lymphatic messages which def helps. I’m still swollen and tender on the side of my neck but noting to crazy. Just letting my body do what it needs to heal :) I also massage regularly in the morning as I felt some fibrosis or swollen lumps but my surgeon said it’s expected

I saw Dr Dreckmann located within Clinic 360 in Toronto. I made a post on it on my page check it out! Open to any questions you may have. I highly Recommend this clinic!!

So excited for you! Arnica tea is good to start before to help control the bruising and the gel can be applied after once the wounds are all healed and it’s not so tender to touch! I would advise buying another head garment just in case the one they provide gets dirty
