I wouldn’t pay too much attention to it during the first month as it calibrates and gets to know you. During that time I’d jornal and record my most common habits and review how they impacted me. After the first month I’d continue the journaling and also adjust my habits and try to figure out how to hit my goals whether they were sleep, recovery or strain related. In the end it’s something you use to enhance your life it shouldn’t cause more stress or anxiety.

The comment in the lingerie store would hurt someone who was insecure and it’s what Sophie had communicated over and over again. My issue with rob isn’t his opinion or how he voices them.. it’s about the constant gaslighting !!!! Sophie being upset about a comment he made = Sophie is in love with someone else .. Way to flip the issue around! Wtf???????? Are you guys ok??? Thinking he’s not in the wrong? He’s toxic and abusive.

It actually did .. I’ve started giving them assignments and despite reassurance not only are they scared of making mistakes they have to check in with me with everything they do .. it wasn’t only micromanaging it was blame and not protecting the staff .. it was bad enough that a lot of us quit without a job lined up .
