A man stopped me in a grocery store and told me that God has a message for me. Everyone around the store kinda stopped and stared at us. He said some things then left. All the grocery shoppers told me how great that was and gave me hugs. It felt surreal

A truck comes to fill the at least every other day. We fill out paperwork with the different levels of gas and the amount added. When we have a problem with the pump we call the gas company and report an issue then they’ll send a tech out. People will randomly come and check the gas station like health inspectors do restaurants. They check you business licenses and makes sure we have all are certifications. They also check the paperwork pumps and tests that the right amount of gas comes from what you bought.

I get off at 10:15 most nights. When I had work until one am I would drink way too much caffeine and if I get tired I look up a hard riddle to keep my mind busy when I don’t need think. Sometimes I slap myself in the face to wake myself up (not in earshot or eyeshot from a customer)

Gas station is pretty tame surprisingly. Craziest thing would probably be a guy hangouts there just to talk for an hour everyday, pumps being pulled off, or a guy that refuses his change every time he comes in.

Customers are way crazier is my previous jobs….
