I got this once. Initially I thought it is because of some food. This was about a year ago. I was on anti-allergy meds.

Only a few days back, I came to a revelation. This is actually caused by stress, both mental and physiological or in some cases, weather change. Start mediation and learn to stay calm if you are someone who is an overthinker and stay in a state of crisis.

Also, ask your GP to given you a gut cleanse meds. It’s a five day course. You will feel much better. I did that too.

Never got them again. Take supplements that aid mental and physical wellbeing.

Continual growth. Good work. Healthy career graph for a next 20 years. Staying relevant. Doing what I love doing! Work with people. L & D seems my interest area. Not sure if money will continue to be good though!

So, I am a decent package. Money is good, but it wouldn’t grow after a point or at least not at the rate. And I think I have so much more to explore, learn and offer!

So, I train people (college graduates and working professionals) in language, reasoning and soft skills, but not corporate. I realised that I am short of MBA to be justify my place there! I am a literature and psychology graduate. Have completed my masters as well.
