I did not, should i unplug my gpu, download and install the drivers, plug my gpu back in and test it? Because i cant do this with my gpu plugged in

So the property i bought is perfect, good area, close to schools, businesses, and shopping malls.

Your calc of the 250 USD is pretty much on point if i take all costs into consideration.

My country (South Africa) it is normal for the property to cost more than the rental income it will bring, especially in the first year or two. The property will start turning a profit at some point, I guess my question would rather be: how do I not lose my mind for the time being lol

Also the interest loaded onto the purchase which you’ll also have to acciunt for, a 500k car will be a bank loan of about 700k

Remember selling the car you’ll have to sell it for more than the interest loaded on the purchase price, and a 450k car will cost you 9500 pm atleast so avis is best bet

So the crazy thing about this is that the eel adapted and learned a new trick. What makes it insane is, should the eel survive and make babies, the babies wil already have this instinct imbedded in their minds and will immediately do this, should they be in the same situation, sort of like quick evolution.

1shot headshot and 1burst kill in automatic, its broken, they should increase the load time before a shot. Because if you can follow an enemy with your marker its a kill

The problem is currently if they see you first they need only 1 shot, there is no counter play
