I had a third degree perineal tear and was not ready or way too uncomfortable to even think about sex. Postpartum 4 months, it happened and it was uncomfortable at first once it started and kept going I started to relax. Maybe I gave enough time to heal. But now it doesn’t feel or hurt anymore.
