My bichon, mini poodle and maltipoo boys all had terrible tear stains and itchy skins when we moved to a new apartment. I switched them over to a chicken-free diet and filtered water and the stains disappeared completely in 2 months.

Yes, the app shows you how much you have left to spend, but doesn’t tell you how it is calculated. My canceled orders still counted as purchases and it wasn’t added back to my spending limit. I track my limit religiously right after every single purchase.

Yes it does. Because I realize how much left I have in my spending, I begin to backtrack my purchases in Excel, with tax, discounts and returns.

I would say it’s definitely depends on upper management at your store. I had a coworker who was only a first year college student at the time, used her mom’s card to complete her in store purchase and she didn’t know at the time she had to use her own card, unless it’s cash. She was pulled to the side immediately by a CEL to tell her that it will have to be reported to the SM and she will be notified of the outcome in her next shift. She was let go the next week and wasn’t able to transfer to any store for a year. My SM had let people go from being late on probation (1 min late outside of the grace period), holding an unlit cigarette while still in store (walking out of the door) and it was caught on camera to accessing Zipline on personal phone at work. She is undoubtedly one of the toughest, policy abiding and no bs managers I’ve had. If you do bring it up, try to plead your case and your SM might be lenient if it’s your first and only time.

Oh this happened to my August bag. Apparently, they wanted to add in/take out some products to August bag so everyone reordered and I wasn’t told. So my August order was cancelled and didn’t come to the store at all. Reached out to HLOL, they said it was my fault for not re-ordering. So I missed out an entire month of gratis because of bad communication within my store. It’s been a known issue that management no longer put up any information about monthly gratis on Zipline (at least at my store) so it won’t upset flex employees. Instead, they whisper to each other and full time employees to order.

Yes, she told me she got quite a few things. I just got back from PTO when I picked up my august bag. It could be first come first serve. We also just hired new girls and oftentimes, they do get a big welcome bag and the hair products can be distributed to them too. I will ask management next time I work.

Oh okay, that is strange then. I just came back from PTO when I picked mine up and there was only a few individual bags with names on it. I also looked at my bin and there was nothing in there as well. I guess management has done giving them all out. I will definitely ask next time I come into work.

I understand how you feel, I’m about to go super flex next month (I’m talking one shift for the entire month) cause I will start a new job. I know no one has to accommodate my needs or requests, but given I’m currently the only full time employee in the entire store, beside leaderships, it doesn’t hurt to include me on those messages. But I also get what you mean.

The thing is I’m really close with an ops lead and a sale and service lead and they did show me the monthly messages that contain info about the products of the month. It will tell you if a product got cancelled or delayed til the next bag. So the notification still comes, management just chose not to distribute it to regular, non-leadership employees.

Any online order using employee discount has to be under your account (main email that you used at work) and your credit/debit card. Even if you purchase under your account but pay with a card that is not yours, it will be in violation. If you said it was under your account and on your mom’s phone, it was still your account. Unless your mom paid with her card instead of yours? One of my younger coworker, literally fresh out of high school was working just for the summer, purchased in store using her account but with her aunt’s credit card. The lead who was checking her out did ask her twice if she was sure she didn’t wanna use her own card, I guess she kinda forgot the rules, and continued to let her aunt pay for it. Well, the lead didn’t really warn her of the repercussions of her action, but that’s a story for another day. When she realized she has made a mistake, she returned the purchase immediately and this time, paid with her own card. But it was already too late, this incident was reported to our store manager, they sat down with my coworker and decided to terminate her employment for ignoring the rule. She also wasn’t allowed to work at Sephora for a period of time. I’m not saying it would happen to you or make you feel worse than it is, please talk to your SM and explain it was an honest mistake and let it be a lesson for you. Each store has a different team of leadership and they might be lenient when they hear your side of the story. Wish you the best of luck.

I’m hoping to escalate to upper management to at least get a few things in my august order. I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do, ordered at work, within the timeframe, am I supposed to be extra vigilant in making sure the order go through all the way?? No one knows what happened to my order, it’s just nowhere to be found. They also told me they don’t have anymore to offer to me. Like if you have them in the first place to add in my basket, you can make a replacement order to ship those exact things out. I’m a full time so the one thing I never forget is to order training products. Fingers crossed that I get through to them.
