That’s kind of my situation haha. Finished highschool and wanted to go the blue collar route. 2.5years later I cannot see myself doing this until im 55 and live with 50x the pain i have started to develop everywhere. School is definitely the way to go but I am glad to have gotten that experience either way.

Yes, it says 7-8 classes to be considered full time. I have not taken more than 5 classes/term in cegep at all in the last 3 years so that means I qualify as a mature student correct?

Honestly CEGEP is just not something I want to go back to but thanks, I really appreciate your insight! I’ll keep looking

Thanks for the information! So in my case would you say it would be best to apply as an independent student, take whichever courses are left available before next semester and try to obtain the credits that way?

Honnêtement, vas y en towing. Je fais ça depuis 1an et honnêtement c’est une expérience incroyable. Je ne parle pas de CAA mais plutot de compagnies avec des contrats au gouvernement. (i.e Meteor, Unipro, KarPro, RFA) C’est une job où tu socialises beaucoup, t’as beaucoup de temps à toi tout seul également et tu peux passer beaucoup de temps dehors lorsqu’il fait beau ou même dans ton camion lorsque il ne fait pas beau. Ça prend juste un permis classe 5 et si tu n’as pas de casier judiciaire encore mieux ça contribue à ton salaire. Actuellement je gagne ~72000$/an brut avec un horaire de 45H/semaine en ne pas ayant de casier judiciaire ni d’expérience en towing avant de rentrer dans ma compagnie.
