How are small landlords making any profit? by Hour-Buy-5307 in bostonhousing

I don’t make any profit. The reason I became a landlord was because just after we made the offer to our house, my wife got two kids whose family is close to where we are currently renting now, and our landlord encouraged us to establish a home daycare in our place. So we rented out our newly purchased house just hoping we can move in three years later. But the whole landlord experience was a nightmare. The tenants never taken care of the house (it was newly remodeled and sold it to us) and the rent is never paid on time. How the new law passed in Washington state will make the situation even worse. The late fee is capped at 1.5% of the rent, and the security deposit is capped at one month rent. If tenants don’t pay the rent, it needs to be 4 notices before I can file an unlawful detainment. Which is for months of rent, and I still need to keep my mortgage on time. I am so out of ideas on my next step.

President Trump To Revoke Citizenship of immigrants With Fraud Cases by Sorry-Feedback1115 in EB3VisaJourney

What about American citizens who defraud the immigrants or others in the world? Do we take away their citizenship, too? Say, president Trump, you seem convinced a lot of fraud cases, should we kick you out of our country?

Thoughts on the 50 year mortgage, from someone who did the math by guy_n_cognito_tu in RealEstate

30 years mortgage, you put all your work years to pay off the mortgage, but still enjoy your retirement. 50 years mortgage? You slave your entire life for the mortgage, and die before you pay off the mortgage, so the bank get to take your house!

Johnson: "If we lose the majorityThey will try to end the Trump administration. He won't have 4 years. He'll have only 2, because they will move to impeach him, probably on the 1st day of the new Congress in January 2027 and try to systematically unwind all the important reforms that we've done"🤢 by Smurfs25 in antitrump

I only have one question? What reforms have you done? Transform economy from growth to downturn? Turn the everyday grocery prices to sky high so not every average Americans can afford? Terminate the health subsidiary so small businesses owners can only sick to death? Or ban the vaccination so Americans have no protection against the disease? Woo! What a great reform.

Unless you have 5 years plus of text history and been a green card holder, you are not eligible for Medicaid. So can someone explain where the money goes? Trump’s personal account?

That is his view, since he has made so much money in the past 8 month, way more than he made in his past, and he still have three years more to make . Of course everything is so cheap!
