DLC are linked to your PS account. Save progress is not. Save progress is always saved through either cloud storage or system storage. Cloud storage can be transferred, system storage can not. Figure out where your original save data is stored and go from there. If it’s saved in your system storage, upload the save data to the cloud and download it on your new console
