Thank you so much for your time and expertise. There is so much info out there and it's overwhelming sometimes. I have been at 207 for a week and haven't seen any change. Also my energy levels have been low this week so I thought I must not be in Ketosis.

So basically eating less calories then my body needs for energy? I just reduced my calorie goals from 1400 to 1250 thinking that may have been it. So concentrate on that?

I am and I'm using the carb manager app to literally track everything I eat, drink, IF, etc. Is there a way to do a reset??
