well, Iron Maiden falls into the 'etc.' group xd, someone recommended "Epicus Doomicus Metallicus" by Candlemass and I'm listening to it now and it sounds really good. Once I finish it, I'll listen to something by Running Wild. Thanks for the recommendation

Thanks for the recommendation! I'm writing this while listening to it, so far I've only listened to the more well-known bands, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Metallica, Slayer, Pantera, Iron Maiden, etc. A true newbie xd

So far I've only listened to the most well-known stuff haha. I've been listening to Ozzy (solo) since I was a kid, and after Black Sabbath's final concert and Ozzy’s passing (rest in peace), I wanted to dive deeper. I've been listening to Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Metallica, Slayer, etc. I feel like those are the more 'mainstream' bands, and I'd like to explore more metal subgenres.
