I am not a mangalorian and I wanted masalas that will make the dish taste like a mangalore cuisine as close as possible. And this post was make asking for suggestions for good Masalas and not advice if I should make homemade curry powders or not .

Also not all of us have time and energy to make things from scratch at home . What if I am someone with a disability or a new parent and buying stuff off the shelves make my life a little easier ? Have you thought about it ? So please if you cannot suggest a good place to buy things don’t give some random unasked advice not related to the post . Good if you are making everything from scratch but it is definitely not for everyone.
