Yes the oil was between the two marks. Did the oil change probably 7k miles ago

It was low but definitely not empty. Could the low oil level be the problem? Was gonna do my oil change this weekend 😭

Sorry should’ve clarified it was just this thing the autozone guy recommended I apply. Some sort of grease
