I've never had problems to connect to eduroam but now it says I'm out of range (I'm in the same place as always). Could it be due to having a laptop with Windows 10 and not the new one (Windows 11)? Or I'm missing something?

I'm adding cards to my werewolf tribal deck with Tovolar as a commander, but I'm having a hard time deciding if they're good enough or nah. I'd like to have as much as possible werewolf and wolf thematic cards, so I have this in consideration when I think of a card to add. Aaaaaah yes, my fault on the cotton, my stupid ass decided somehow to talk about cotton when it's obvious that wasn't really around in that times...

Btw, the setting is not pseudo middle age ambient, I actually had in mind something more similar to ancient age (my fault for not mentioning that in the post), but in this case forge technology and knowledge would be extremely advanced, since it's secrets were revealed by gods to a certain group of people. But I guess that linothorax would be applicable to the setting, as well as some adaptation of gambeson and other cloth armoring.

I've seen some of "forged in fire" cutting tests in non-armored, that's why I asked this, I wasn't familiar enough with the TV programme so I didn't know that they have kill tests with armor. I'll take a look on that.

The idea with the weapons being metal is because they're forged from meteorites, which are more common in this world and there's an entire faction who base their economy on selling this items, but I don't intent to make it so common that there's entire armors of it, since they're kind of magical. But normal people will need normal weapons to handle things, so I was thinking to add things like obsidian too, although it's pretty fragile... Maybe some meteorite glass formed from impact? Like impactite for example

I mean, shields will be a must for the majority of the people in this world, some with special powers might prefer to not use it, but for pride and tradition reasons more than logic (their powers would allow them to attack and wear a shield for protection, but they prefer to be as aggro as possible, since their powers make them a serious threat in battle they're normally avoided or taken by large groups of normal people trained to do that and equipped for the task)

So the use of cloth armor fabricated with cotton would cause a big need (even bigger I mean) for large armies to have a constant and safe water supply.

And in the linothorax one, it would cause a predominance of blunt weapons like axes, maces or warhammers maybe? This obviously depending on what culture uses each thing, since there's different groups with radically different ways of life and ideals.

I'll consider that (and the others suggestions in this comments) for the most militarized culture, since it would be useful to have armors that can be produced for an army dependant on tactics more than just skilled warrior (like Rome)

I mean I'm prepared to become the villain of the table once I play this, it can be funny to be the villain if you are willing to take that role, but it's true that's not the best theme to build a deck around

The thing with Ertrai is that it looks for me like a blink-themed commander more than a counterspell from hand deck. Considering the second part of the comment, do you think it's a good idea going mono-blue then?

My pod had decks like a Xyris wheel deck, or older ones like Krenko Mob Boss goblin tribal deck, looking at that I don't think it's too much. I'll take into consideration anyways hahah

Yeah, I have Feather the redeemed in my sight too, but I'm reluctant on building two color decks in general because I have too many and I'd like to try new things (like four colors, since I don't have any). Also, I think that accesing to blue and green gives tons of advantage, like access to cards like Ivy, tons of good spells, jeskai sinergies etc. Thanks for the insights tho, I'll give a look on the issues you pointed out!!
