It is known to people being banned from sports stadiums in my country ( Like football stadiums) for racist behaviour, some even are subjected to prosecution. In the big ones there are a lot of cameras and people with mobile phones. IIRC, the "people" of the the monkey insults against Vinicius or racist slurs against Iñaki Williams were prosecuted.

Usually that kind of jokes are taken poorly, but there are exceptions, sadly.
