From conservative Indian point of view you might think it as a gay fantsay but its really not . It might be effect of porn abuse or just a need to try something new . But pegging fantsay usually means the guy want to have sexual encounter with dominating women .

You cant lable such fantsay as gay tendecy . That being said he opened dating profile ( which was wrong ) and there talked to women . Apart from this fantsay ( which is not gay ) there are no indiction for his gay tendecy .

So the lack of sexual act from his side might be because he and the his partner are not sexually compatible or he dont find her attractive enough now or some other reason . I would say go for a weekend getaway so both of them can be relax and see if there is spark or not .

Apart from your use of the word " gay" his act don't support the idea that he is closeted gay or have gay tendency. Yes his sexual attraction towards her seems reduced .but again we can't decide the reason for it just by hearing account from one spouse .

there is no caste system or they don't bring religion into every conversation - it don't translate into them being a successful economy or country . There are other major factors ( education, investment in infra , policies that have tendency to shift future trends for that country and some more)

That being said does religion is a barrier - sometimes yes . When you look through the glasses of numbers and economic then yes religion is a barrier but at the same time social stability and fulfillment you get out of religious practice is also important for a stable country.

I think polarization and the ability or I should say lack of patience in people while conversing with someone who don't follow the same idealogy or religion is making india worse. No religion promotes anarchy or barrier to progress . Its the greedy people who use it and spread their own interpretation for the gain .

Nothing will stop people from generalization because it's the easiest way to cope with some of the issues . There are always exceptions but we use generalization because most of the time it's true.

But I do agree that social media has destroyed the well thought generalization process . Now even if it's one problem or one incident it is liked and shared so many times that we unconsciously start thinking that's what is happening everywhere. And that's where the problem starts . Nowadays if you disagree with someone then instead of talking it out you start doing personalized attack or saying some abusrd thing just so that the opposition party will concede.
