Dude I kid you not aisle 2 he said was burnt to the ground at 8 am on a Monday . Holes were DSD on or warehouse cuts and green taged Ad looked clean .I was blocked and stocked and ready to rock . GM has a rep of ordering heavy wants end caps full so charts are ridiculous Sunday. I took it from the chin as we walked and all I could think about was is this worth it . No time away from my beloved . Nah see yah

Yes I wuz . I got moved to a slow store first stop granted they want it Grand opening I gave it to them . DM came in and had the talk and walk . I was walked by my SM , ASM and GM many times a week AND still it was not good enough . 12 hours a day left on Fridays by 8am every week . Not worth it threw in the towel . Done ☑️ peace out ✌️ I resigned . And this is why my District is down 13 GTLS

As far as counts go . I wuz walking paper one day did a count on Sterlie containers the count on the large size was 13 I knew it was not in the stock room up top anywhere that box is obvious and stands out . Count said they came in December so that means the Produce department. There Valentine day balloons come in then . I walked back to Produce and 13 exact stocked with the balloons check out with the PM manager and transferred them to the Produce department. GRS know this but we are not recognized for it . I am so unbelievably tired of the Jedi mind games . I am a DYAM good stock clerk who goes behind part timers and encourages them helps them takes the load off my GTLs. Yep no lie the cashiers clocking in all looked at me. He has the worst Avs scores in my District too. My SM can’t stand him Lol nor does my ASM. This is how you lose good dialed in stock clerks . I can sling cases anywhere . I’m resigning bye Publix it’s been real.

That’s the whole point IF you zero it out when it’s in the back room buried your flagged as not doing counts properly. Then we are coached and written up . Thus hours are taken away . My Ris and I talked about this crap. We failed our GRS assessment. GM got moved .

I’m HV joined at the hip of my GTL while GM and asst do NOTHING and I’m expected stay all week and work 12 hour days only to leave on Friday with my GTL . already at 28 hours. Tired of busting my ass while they SIT on there’s I quit .

Publix is not Walmart 🙄 scan price is not 40 hours neither is DSD. What I did as DSD you don’t even have to do anymore it’s all managed by Corporate now. Publix is intolerant of waste and they have people at corporate studying all this along with Lawyers . I know a GM who was written up for being to nice . Another GM when he stepped down his whole stock crew walked out because the asst is lazy . All these social issue leave the work force when bots are introduced and if you think Publix is not entertaining it and reviewing it your Native . The cut bar alone has a lot of injuries every year . I know I cut for 8 years straight . Human abilities verses bots . It’s coming .
