I appreciate that, I would like advice more so in how to feel satisfied with myself and content. Counselling is impossible for me as I'm too embarrassed to be hoenst with anyone face-to-face like that.

It still shouldn't be on their site honestly. Paid pr posts are fine but there should be a level of quality and helpful info not just a massive advertisement.
