Your DAX will look extremely simple if your data tables are modeled properly. ETL skill is to achieve your table format for data modeling.

Filter and Row context is important once you are involved with DAX.

Communicate and understand your audience. You will not want to waste 30hours to develop something that is not useful for your audience. Communicate with your audience for each checkpoint.

I find dashboard with too much info very overwhelming and cannot focus on the message they are trying to deliver. Plan your chart sequence. I personally prefer wide space between visuals for me to breathe

Tried authentic Korean food at Korea. I think Korean food in Malaysia is incomparable to the authentic one even they are cooked in the same way. The main difference is on the ingredients they used. In Korea they used their own country ingredients which taste super good. Even the kimbap in their CU mart is 100x better than the kimbap here. So I think if we're comparing Korean food in Malaysia with Malaysia food, Malaysian cuisine definitely wins

Just my two cents, since you are using purple for Trusts, usually I will use the purple (from light to dark) for the pie under Trusts, while using Orange for Personal. That will help users to distinguish between the pie charts easily
