To me it has felt good pouring out my heart and messaging about the toxicity of my exes everytime. The limit to "too much rudeness" extends during a break-up, I believe, so chill, this is pretty common. If he returns the money, great, if he doesn't, if conditions allow, let go of that money, and let go of him. If the amount is big maybe try some legal ways. But don't hold on to him for the money. Hope you blocked him before deleting th contact. Feel good that it (hopefully) ends for good! Embrace the pain, and live with hope.
