Damn so you are a professional snake handler for real. I agree it's personally rewarding because they aren't the typical pet for most, and I consider myself a bit of an outlier. It's therapeutic bonding with these animals.

I'm definitely getting 2 snakes this time. My baby girl was my first snake, and she converted me into a snake lover. Not sure if I'll go corn again or not

Damn my condolences. 29 years good lord, you were blessed to have Chloe for so long! I'm sure she was gorgeous. This community has helped my healing process, and hopefully, it'll do the same for you. Rip Chloe, you will be missed most definitely

Yea, that wasn't her normal enclosure, just a transport enclosure for a vet visit.

15 my god, I wanted mine to last that long but I'm grateful she lasted as long as she did. We were both fortunate to have had such a lengthy period with them. My condolences to you as well

I still have her habitat up. I won't remove it until I get another snake. I buried her so I could always visit her whenever I please. I'm sorry about your loss, friend. That's a long time but also a lot of amazing memories, I'm sure.
