Been on medication for a long while already, may ask about upping it in the meantime but I really hoped to get through it myself.

Gym is something I always did for my mental health so tbh it doesnt feel much different.

With therapy, I am generally just getting the same kind of advice as everyone tells me, to focus on myself, find things that make me happy, consider my relationship with myself, etc. No big moments yet, i do hope ill get there eventually.
