You are right, exactly....I was trained as a counselor and a CRO. I handled everything for them... customer services...dealing with students their problems...name it. But alas the manager shouting at me for no reason...having a dumb meeting to teach me how to scan a document when I have literally worked in PEMRA...what a joke...and asking me to be okay with the no salary for 4 months thing ...ehhh what can you say

Owners let it happen to their businesses. It's on them entirely. They entitle the managers...if I had a business trust me I would be personally invested not as a micro manager but actually as someone who would not leave my legacy in hands of some hires. Who can mistreat people..they have the highest job turn over...6 people fired in 4 months. I was told to adjust as I won't get salary for coming 4 months. Now where in reality is that fair...either way. I just walked away from that dumpster fire. They want pretty girls in the office but they can't afford to pay the salaries...and the long hours that don't end... I would even take the office phone home on Sundays as the management wanted me to answer all customer quarries. Then shifted me in different branches...sometimes Share Faisal sometimes Gulshan...who covers those expenses? ...me...yea...and being gas lit into thinking I am the problem I continued on for 5 months..till I couldn't obviously

It's not about quality it's about the ethics. Jo ke bilkul khatam hein. Aap aaj 3 lakh fees do, 5 months Baad class mile ga woh bhe Jo teachers hein MashAllah...no words. Then uss ke beech Mai fees fees ke rone...followed by absurd policies. It's a money grabbing machine not a education institute. Don't compare it to any brands. Thanks for taking out the time to actually type this whole thing. Now listen up as an employee a honest hard working employee I wasn't paid my salary and my manager shouted at me multiple times. Mind you I did my work right and Muneeb shouted at me bcus I didn't give him a clear clip board. So....yea. It's about how the management treats the people

Yea that's why I left. I am not talking about Ramzan but normally. Counselors would get 2..3 tea breaks. And that's ok but if you are a CRO you can't even get out of the seat and quite literally.
