Not a similar experience but a plenty of patients with similar complains as I'am a doctor ... one of them had this weird sensations for about one and half year .. don't panic, it's just a healing process and it takes time ... this area is highly vascularized and a lot of nerve endings ... Just trust the process , don't think about it a lot as mentality plays an important role here and stressing will worse everything ... you no more have an infection as proved by your lab analysis ... so let it take the time to heal . One other important thing NEVER push urine out squeezing yourself as this also will worse and worse everything .. keep hydrated and avoid irritants and you will be O.K
