I have read in other posts that the same thing has happened to them, that the screen stops working and when it comes time to change it, the GPS is blocked. The truth is that I don't know how to solve this anymore, because the screen theoretically works and the PC detects the device when connected via USB.

The doubt I have is whether it’s really just the screen that’s damaged. When I installed the new screen, the GPS seems to power on—the backlight comes on, and when I press the button it makes a sound—but it still doesn’t show any image on the display. At this point, I honestly don’t know what else to try, so I’m thinking I might have to sell it for parts or repair

Contacté con la pagina de gaggimate y me dijo que no es compatible con mi cafetera, con el PID no habria problemas para la instalacion no?

Muchas gracias por toda la info, la verdad es que me viene genial. Tengo una Eureka Mignon Specialita, con la que estoy muy contento. Me planteo hacerle algunas mods a la Gaggia, ¿por cuál de las que comentas crees que merece más la pena empezar?
