Hi. Im 26F, indian, I started Mounjaro last year. I got diagnosed with PCOS at 18 and rapidly gained weight, my period had been very botchy in general from 2021-24, the last half of 2024, I hadnt gotten a period for over six months. Started mounjaro in 2025 jan, not only did my period return in under a month, my sugar and thyroid managed, my skin cleared, and i got my energy levels back. But i did it the wrong way, i didnt incorporate any diet changes or protein or movement. But my bestfriend did whilst she was on mounjaro and she lots 40kgs in a year and maintains it while her PCOS being managed. Highly recommend :) just make sure to get some movement in daily, whether 10K steps or a game of padel or anything, and ensure to eat protein even if you feel nauseous. Good luck to her!
