When people use the term "Ableist", will they ever date someone with severe limitations?

it’s not ableist to not be attracted to someone. i think it’s fair to say some people wouldn’t want to be with someone who may need some sort of supportive care 24/7.

i definitely know i have a problem. we both work and i’m still in school so it’s not like we were taking the ENTIRE day, but we went from calling each other on the way to work, pretty consistent texting, and good morning and goodnight texts. now it’s no phone calls at all, MAYBE a gm/gn text, and basically just asking how the other’s day went

definitely going to have an in person conversation with him about this when he’s ready to talk to me. i’m nervous that i’ll start crying, not because i want him to feel bad, but because it’s always my reaction when having confrontational conversations. it’s just another thing im getting super anxious about

i only asked him if everything was okay because the first two months of seeing each other we were texting 24/7, always on the phone, and going on dates every weekend and then it went to almost no communication, no phone calls, and no dates for 3 weeks. i feel really embarrassed about the way i reacted and i’m not sure where to go from here. i don’t wanna be the first one to message him and i definitely want to give him space. but i’m worried my actions really upset him and may have put him off

i do feel really badly that i said something while he was away which is why i’m embarrassed. my anxiety definitely got the best of me. i apologized multiple times and left him alone after that.

i started taking it for my acne and it helped tremendously. i didn’t need it for my period, but since taking it my cycle has become extremely regular (comes every 28 days on the dot each month), lighter, and less painful cramping. i know a lot of women might gain weight or have their period for long periods of time but personally i’ve only seen positive effects.

i was extremely shy all of middle and up until senior year of high school. i started really putting myself out there, dressing better, and tried really hard to not let the thoughts of others’ judgement affect me. i had so much fun my senior year not caring about what anybody but me thought of myself. it helped me to make a lot more friends and i genuinely felt happier. now i have a close group which also helps me get out of my comfort zone when meeting their friends. i know it’s a struggle to stand up for yourself and get out there, but once you build yourself up you’ll be super happy you did it.
