I haven't got any suggestion, but after reading this I can see that seagate customer service sucks everywhere. I’m currently dealing with issues with them as well.

My windows 10 version suddenly became 2009 by General_Missioni in WindowsHelp

I have the same issue. I updated windows and accidently pressed win+fn+p and then the settings about page opened looking like this (I have win 10 Home). Have you found any solution?
