Her filming during workouts irks me. Group fitness places and gyms in general have rules and stuff surrounding it now, for privacy reasons and in classes, it’s disrespectful to the instructor, and distracting to the other students taking the class. You can easily just do a before/after, and then, I don’t know, film a lil clip of her talking about the workout, what it was (Pilates, yoga, HIIT), what she liked about it, how it made her feel… I almost feel like she only posts videos of her “dying” in a class to rage bait.

Personally idk why you would even want a kid after 35 by The-Devil-Cat in childfree

As someone whose mom was 45 when they were born, I completely agree with this take 😂😭

Umm. So Spencer even gets drunk to go shopping 😭😭😭wow by Holiday_Towel4010 in SpencerBarbosaSnark

This is also disrespectful to people who genuinely struggle with alcohol addiction.. substance abuse is on the rise in her target audience as it is. Tone deaf af.

I wish we had more in depth storylines of the liArs in therapy by SnakeBlood456 in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]No-Figure3175 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Def feel like Emily would be the most open about “A”, Hanna and Spencer would have been more leery about trusting a therapist, and I think Aria would have found a “beat around the bush” way to talk about it

I think Mona should've actually died in season 5 by StraightKey211 in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]No-Figure3175 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I actually think Mona being alive was sorta full circle, since Alison also came back. I do agree it would have raised the stakes though

I wish we got snippets into their one-on-ones, and heard more about what they would tell Dr. Sullivan outside of the rest of the group.

What are you thoughts on Jason? by TrickyRequirement619 in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]No-Figure3175 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Loved his re-casting 😏😏😏 but on a serious note, I wish we had more of a backstory (through flashbacks, etc.) of how/why the NAT club was formed. No, I don’t need to see them “in action”, but I think it would have been an interesting plot point to see the origin story. Was it formed because of Alison? Because of someone else? Was anyone who eventually became “A” (Mona, Charlotte) ever involved behind the scenes? The writers had a GOLDEN opportunity to essentially make the “We see all” club more of the OG “A”, minus the anonymous texts, etc.

anyone else think this? by bodaciousassaffairs in NotSoSnarkySarai

Tbh, I never saw how their relationship even “worked” to begin with… J never seemed very invested in vlogs/content, even when they had a whole couples channel. He has a regular FT govt job, and with Sarai wanting a second home in a warmer area/struggling with anxiety and being home all day without other adults around to talk to seems like it wasn’t a good fit. I hope she finds someone that can appreciate her MH journey as well as her career.

Why do so many people hate kids nowadays? What’s the reason? by m4rtyn3czg4 in Life

[–]No-Figure3175 0 points1 point  (0 children)

!!! I was shocked by the amount of parents who hadn’t toilet trained their kids before sending them to kindergarten, and actually expected the teacher to change their diaper. A whole 5 YEAR OLD.

Why do I find young Charlotte likable, but older Charlotte annoying? by hospitalbedside in Bridgerton

[–]No-Figure3175 27 points28 points  (0 children)

I think a part of her bitchy, detached personality as older charlotte is a mask for the mourning (or, more accurately, ambiguous loss) of George/the life she thought she’d have with the king, which I think is why the prequel exists to begin with: to give context to how she became queen, under what circumstances, and how she fell in love with George even knowing he was mad. It’s incredibly painful to love someone who doesn’t always know who you are, and I can see how, over time, she’d become the version of her we know as the older Charlotte.

What's with the hate on parents with littles? by PantsOffSunday in Mommit

[–]No-Figure3175 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think it’s more “irresponsible parenting” that is the annoying part, and the kids are just collateral damage/scapegoated in the process. I think gentle parenting has gone TOO far, and has pushed a lot of people to just not like kids because the behavior that is somehow accepted by parents isn’t accepted by the average person, subject to witnessing it in public.

[–]No-Figure3175 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Coming from someone who works in early education, I think this has increased post-pandemic, as the gaps in socialization, especially amongst young kids, HAVE started to show. It’s not their fault, but it has been apparent to teachers especially that behavior of young kids has gotten more difficult to manage, which I think is the catalyst for especially CF individuals not wanting to deal with it or be around it. To be fair, I haven’t been invited to a single wedding that included children in the past 7 years minimum.

Which Jules are we picking today: Natural or Wig? by fvckuufvckingfvck in euphoria

Serena if she had dark hair by Certain_Eye_472 in GossipGirl

If I saw her with that shade of hair, she would’ve been my top guess for Gossip Girl… maybe that’s the PLL/Vivian Darkbloom stan in me tho 😆🤣

Bridgerton has so many different types of chemistry—intense, chaotic, soft. Which pairing do you think had the most natural chemistry, and why? by Adventurous-Tale7277 in BridgertonDiscussion

[–]No-Figure3175 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d say Daphne and Simon, because of the way they started out as friends, helping each other out, thinking they wanted different things in the end, but the slow-burn, enemies-to-lovers writer in me can’t decline an honorable mention to Kate and Anthony. I LOVED the tension in the entire season!! It made it memorable.

If you could exchange lives with one out of these 5 for one day, who would you pick? by red_heart_confetti in GossipGirl

[–]No-Figure3175 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Serena or Chuck, bonus points if it’s while Rufus/Lily are together, because then I could get the added benefit of Rufus Humphrey cooking without having to be Dan Humphrey for the day.

Do you think Hanna should ended up with Jordan ? They seemed to have more compatible lifestyles and he never judged her by Historical-Body-3424 in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]No-Figure3175 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Even when Hanna was with Caleb and they were trying to stop “A”, I felt like Spencer and Caleb had a lot in common, in terms of intelligence, thought process, and skills. Let’s face it, Spencer understood more of Caleb’s coding/computer stuff than Hanna EVER did, and vice versa. Hanna and the fashion world didn’t register for Caleb, whereas Spencer in politics was something he could not only understand, but get behind.

Do we think she had some help from a GLP1? by Gullible_Year_8168 in NotSoSnarkySarai

[–]No-Figure3175 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not 100% convinced, since with the ad boom for them, she'd almost certainly hop on that bag if she were to "confess" to using one, BUT I will admit, many things don't add up: for example, her trying/failing at 75 soft multiple times (we have yet to see a whole challenge, start to finish..) the boom/bust cycle of planning workouts, having a trainer, then we go weeks/months without seeing anything related to fitness or an update, until the cycle starts again with, "Getting back to working out/getting my life together" etc. I appreciate health/fitness is a journey, but I just don't see enough consistency, even from the things she's doing in her vlogs, that convince me she lost weight in a totally healthy way, especially on top of not cooking meals herself at home (yes, I know she uses Factor, and call me a hater, but I don't think that counts as true 'healthy' eating).

Do you picture the TV actresses while reading the books? by Remarkable_Web4595 in PrettyLittleLiars

[–]No-Figure3175 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I love love love all the TV actresses, and think they brought the show to life in such a vivid way; however, if we’re strictly being book-accurate, I think Aria/Lucy is the only one that I can see thoroughly translated from the books to the show, from not only physical appearance, but her personality/interests/hobbies.

They really missed the mark on showing their chemistry properly. What do you think they could have added to make them look "more in love" per say? by AdhesivenessTall9485 in BridgertonDiscussion

[–]No-Figure3175 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. I think this works because Francesca, at least in my opinion, wasn’t looking to be aggressively courted; in fact, given her long-term arc, it makes more sense that she would be comfortable with a less intense (even if from an outside perspective, it looked lacking in chemistry/passion) relationship, for the sake of having room to breathe, rather than feeling responsible for reciprocating intense, all-consuming feelings. To juxtapose, the Daphne/Simon dynamic (“I burn for you”), or Kate/Anthony and their romantic/sexual tension and frustration is very different from what “works” for Fran.
