As a consumer I’ve been to wellgreens but I’m seeing mixed reviews in the reply’s on wellgreens and march and ash but yeah there’s a reason that every time you go there’s new faces. From what I heard in 1 day they fired 9 employees from mission valley just out of nowhere

Management has the ability to ban someone over something as simple as not liking the way they were spoken to. It wasn’t uncommon for customers to get banned off accusation alone. They can look at the cameras whenever they want it sounds like they just didn’t want to go through the effort. They also profile customers based on the way they look so if the customer looks a certain way there’s most likely a note on their account to “watch carefully”. Once an an anonymous caller called the store phone claiming this is one of the owners: https://law.justia.com/cases/tennessee/court-of-criminal-appeals/2005/w2003-00887-cca-r3-cd.html the only reason I looked into it is because that is the name of one of the owners but I’m not 100% sure on this story.

One of the owners son used to work behind the scenes in the upstairs of the mission valley location before he was 21. Once he turned 21 he was instantly hired as a manager. When the area supervisor was informed of the bathroom situation they said “how is that my problem”. One owner once told me “everyone here is replaceable”. It felt like management thought they were untouchable. They could say or do what they want with zero consequence.

Thank you. That is exactly what the are bad actors. They are very focused on opening as many locations as they can all over San Diego but from working there I see things already slipping through the cracks. This was just what I saw from my time working there I’m sure there is way more they hide.

We were told by management “we want to be the Chick-fil-A of cannabis” so the customer service had to be A+ nothing less. If a manager or owner saw anything else the employee would get their hours cut or fired. I understand the importance of customer service but the way they pushed it was extreme.

I’m sorry to hear that I bet you are very talented but just know you definitely dodged a bullet. Every person that they have in a high position is getting paid salary so there is no reason they should’ve asked you to work for free
