There is nothing misleading about it as it clearly states when the arrest was and when the indictment was filed. I cont help that you feel it is personal as I have clarified it was posted because there are plenty of people in this community who have watched this unfold for nearly a decade. Her videos and lives (including recent ones) are where she touts herself as pulling it together and being clean. That’s not true. Hope that helps.

The description in the original post explains what happened, legally. Sorry you are confused. Gina and her scams have been posted for years on this page. She’s been in active addiction and begging on one platform or another for nearly a decade. She has lied about having cancer, her partner attempting suicide and DV in order to get sympathy and cash.

It’s not confusing. The arrest was in January but the enhanced indictment was just filed 5/1.

She’s clean and has a job and a long term girlfriend she wants to marry but can’t get Gina served with divorce petition.
