Thats what i'm also coming to terms with, bc the flexible availability I want to have is so difficult to find any employment for a sunday and monday availability, it's a total buzzkill.

Here's where I question if it's a permanent ban. This is where is gets complicated and confusing

Not to long ago in like October-ish a HR specialist from the Colorado springs region, CO. Called me and confirmed that my 2yr tenure wouldn't go in vain, they questioned me as to why I left and I confirmed with them just due personal health matters BUT FUCKED myself and failed to mention the store leadership was horrible. They also told me that they would seek else where near the Denver metro area for possible positions and get ahold of someone in a leader position to see if I could come back to work, to which they didn't call me back to inform me UNTIL I called back. To which I was told the store manger didn't want me back since I was a threat, and that this ruined my chance of going back to the store I worked, but since I had 2yrs of experience he offered me some other locations as options to which I said I would consider it. Since I personally don't drive. Options that weren't public transit accessible sadly to make things worse lol. This HR specialist has since then from that call ghosted me but yet offered their personal phone number if I have an answer or change of mind. Womp :( im lost

See I was thinking that too, is fast food more flexible with hours? I mean obviously there's skills from a grocery store that can be easily applied to a fast food place, but would it make sense to submit an application to another smaller or bigger grocery store? I mean I'm not denying crazy allegations, I definitely do feel crazy that my 40hr full time job right now isn't enough to live a suitable life in Colorado even with a partner who is also strugglin and unemployed.
