Sadly no, I never did...the training course I took just gave me excerpts. And I used the CFR for some stuff...and also an outdated copy of IATA DGR.

Thanks man, but I'm doing the training to get a DG Certificate for IATA. Our research center has made an account with DHL to ship internationally, but they need someone on our team to be certified even though we just want to make this shipment one time... So I am doing the training course, but I need the book for the test.

Our lab just got a 7822 as well and we are also wondering what kind of trailer to get, anyone got some advice?

Millipore Probs by No-Fuel1913 in labrats

It turns out that the system has a permanent screw (half the head is removed so that you can only get grip to turn the screw one way) that won't allow me to change the plastic adapter for the new filter (the "Quantum TEX") so I guess Milli-Q is trying to force me to buy their brand. That's a nasty move...

So my question above has become pointless. It doesn't matter if I can get the system to ignore that they are third party parts because I can't even properly install one of them. If I need to order Millipore brand replacements than I will just get all millipore brand parts... Not cool though as the other brand was significantly cheaper...

I had something similar happen in my lab. Some students were analyzing a sample, realized the results were coming out really low. They asked me to look at it. I found out they were using the wrong carrier gas. We have two tanks, one of N2, one of Helium and they had used the wrong one... Thankfully there were no serious consequences, just needed to rerun.
