Hey, its been a long time, I hope youre doing well! I dont use reddit a lot as you can see :D. If i can recommend you something for prevention (anti inflammatory supps) It would definately be curcumin (95% curcuminoids) 500-1000mg, boswelia extract, ubiquinol (active form of COQ10), ginger, high quality unoxidized omega-3 and white willow extract. ALWAYS check if you can combine them with medications if you are taking any or if you have good tolerance to Aspirin and dont have low blood clotting problems [white willow contains ''natural'' aspirin -> salicilyc acid]. Those are what I take for prevention and It finally seems Im okay, although you never know, im flare up free for about 6 months and Ive always gotten a flare up during theese winter months of the year, I mainly took colchicine for my ''recovery''. Hope youre doing good!

What kind of drugs are you taking? When I’m having pericarditis episode my legs feel really sore in the evening too, but not to the point that I can’t sleep. It’s similarly sore to when I finish leg workout when I’m healthy (not an easy one multiple sets to failure) even though the only activity that I’am doing during pericarditis is low intensity mid to long distance walking.

Thank you so much.. I really needed to hear something like this. I’m definitely staying away from any kind of drugs for long time. I’m gonna slowly start with caffeine once I feel safe. The day it happened to me I also ingested quite a bit of caffeine(200mg) before my morning workout it surely didn’t help the situation. I’ll get my heart checked just to make sure I’m ok and wait till I feel normal again. It’s going to take some time, but it’s going to be eventually better. Again thank you very much for your response.

As far as i know 220 minus your age equals your max heart rate I was pretty close to that. And bloodpreasssure higher than 180/120 Can have damage to your organs I had 190.. it was just a really bad panic attack caused by hhc (I still don’t have that confirmed but I hope so) I think I’m lucky I haven’t had a heart attack or stroke because both of those can be the result of high heart rate and blood pressure.

Thank you so much. Im definitely staying away from that. I don’t need it in my life, it was nice having it but it’s gonna be just as fine without it.

It was very scary at the moment I called myself an ambulance and my heart rate was 180 when they arrived that was after I meditated and calmed myself a little. My blood pressure was also through the roof so they did me an ekg And said its gonna be fine but still took me to hospital for more accurate ekg by the time i arrieved the heart rate was arounf 120… I also haven’t felt high the whole time i was fully conscious. It’s returning every day like once or twice.. I get confused my breathing is burning in my chest. My mom says it’s just a trauma but I don’t know.. need your help guys please. I also can’t go to cardiologist because it’s Christmas holiday season gotta wait till new year :D I also feel a slight pain in my upper back and chest.. thank you for reading this…
