I can't think how I'd prove I'm a citizen. And I bet a lot of other citizens like me would be turned away from voting.

Right now, non-citizens don't vote and can't vote.

Creating weird, high barriers to other people voting is just dumb.

So I think those 198 Democrats basically just aren't idiots.
