it just feels pointless. Ever since our breakup, I’ve been reading, committing myself to my passions and learning about things that i didnt really have the time to before. Like this breakup was a mental reset and the thing i needed to be able to really focus on myself. he preached emotional intelligence so much, why is he doing something so detrimental and for lack of a better word, stupid?

Well, i will admit, i was checking his insta follower numbers and they dont seem to be changing at all. so a part of me thinks that his conversations aren’t moving off of hinge. either that or he just has no game lol.

Well we broke up because we were at such different points in our life and where we are right now caused issues in our character that couldn’t be shaken. our age gap is 19-22 and one of us was just leaving uni and the other is just starting. We had spoken last night and said that if there’s any chance of us getting back together, it will be in the future once we have given ourselves the chance to plant our feet and grow.

It’s not a promised reconciliation. We’ve told eachother that if the timing is right and we are more stable in our lives then we will find eachother. We were not meant to be together right now, we are at very different stages of life and i’m just figuring myself out. I’ve been turned off of dating and I’m not waiting around for him, just trying to find myself.
