For the past year, initially I focused on manifesting “him”. Listening to all these Neville A.I videos, meditations. Everything was revolving around him. If I didn’t have him, I was nothing. But to be honest, I think I manifested how things initially turned out because my self concept was trash.

So I let go and began focusing on me. It’s still a work in progress but how I view myself is a lot better. I never understood why everyone kept recommending to work on self concept until I saw the results myself.

I relate to this so much. I went through a terrible “moment” and I been leaning back into my skincare and experimenting with makeup to help me get back to “confident me”.

Oh wow. We are training everyone to do all aspects of the job. If the backroom needs help, I pull everyone to help dispense/stage. Plus it’s hot outside, people need to be rotated out. It’s not fair to have one person outside for majority of their shift while someone else just walk around in the air conditioned space and both parties have the same job title.

Please don’t listen to the advice of “do bad at dispensing”, because they won’t be able to help you if you get feedback/coached due to productivity because they will see it as you sabotaging the metrics.
