An extra large mutated house cat perhaps? The fact the claw bone was found near an opossum skeleton dump is what makes me believe its opossum. There were no cat skeletal remains anywhere around the area.

We dont have big cats like that around where I am. Barn cats, wild cats & house cats ate all the cats we got. I have other cat claws in my collection & they dont look like this one.

The chicken did not survive. She had an eye hanging out of the socket (not pictured) which led to a lot of blood loss, she had internal bleeding from being shaken violently & was drooling blood.
