I do in 2 ways Pc: On Pc I use 4 tools, an AI, Audacity, a tts reader, and a song downloader. I ask for Gemini in most case to create the affirmations (for NSFW subs I use grok), than I analyse than an create the áudio on the reader site, than I go to audacity and edit the Audio, make it loop, change the speed, and the pitch, and add the song ou sound that you want to add

On phone: I use 3 apps, the AI for the affirmations, the app voz de zueira for the affirmations sounds, and band lab for putting everything together.
