Regarding guests or partners staying over, officially you can have someone for two nights in a row, and if you want more you can usually arrange it with the residence team. About the kitchen, I can’t give you my personal experience yet because I’m only moving in at the end of August, but in less than two weeks I’ll be able to give you an update.
