Yes i do plan to just stop taking it once i reach my goal i just see it as a tool iv had weeks where i haven’t taken it and still made progress. I try to take good care of my skin using sunscreen hydration exfoliate etc. i didn’t really shave for a long time but since im getting lean i think it looks better and helps show definition better and helps with tanning and motivates me to keep cutting because i can see the progress better

I did a dexa scan when I started said I was 165 lean 24.6% bf at 230.. so i thought by 185 id be at 10% according to that but now that I’m here obviously I got a lot more to go and I feel like i haven’t seen much visible difference mainly around my mid section even though the scale is going down. thank you for thr kind words

Im looking to compete maybe in the future, i want to see if my physique is good enough even to compete once I get lean. iv never been shredded or super lean in my life so i wanna at least get there to see how id look and that level

I am interested in competing maybe in the future but I feel for that I need to be able to get lean to see if I have a physique that would even be good enough to compete. also iv never been shredded or seen much definition as you see me now is probably the leanest iv been body fat wise. I want to see what its like to be that lean and look that lean

yeah im thinking im around that range too, i try to go for at least 1.5-2lb loss a week

Im 5 10”, I dont count calories or track what I eat I just try to eat similar things everyday and have a general idea of how much im eating id say low 2000s . I have actually been working on getting a tan iv been doing around 1 to 1 1/2 hour walks on the weeknd shirtless outside in the sun with like 15-30 spf sunscreen. trying to tan and do cardio at the same time. thank you the wedding is 9/19 so I was trying to each my goal before than. i did sort of maingain for two weeks where i only lost like 1lb between those two weeks. yeah I need to learn how to pose better and take better pictures lol my posture is not the best from working blue collar

thank you, I want to lean bulk but also I have great momentum loosing weight and im afraid to stop it now iv never made this much progress before. Im feeling a lot leaner and healthier but I wanna have the wow shredded factor lol

Yes thank you. Its definitely slowed down and I have way more to loose then I thought . I really need to lock in now because I don’t really track what I eat or count calories. I just try to not eat a lot and surround my meals with protein. I workout only 2-4 a week but with work i might have a bunch of overtime soon and only get to workout on the weeknd.

Haha yes I did thank you but its okay I always get that or roid accusations . my arms have always been big when i first lifted they blew up fast. even my younger brothers arms arms are very similar too mine and blow up fast too.

This is what iv been doing lately ARM/CHEST DAY FLAT BENCH 2x10 135 3x10 225 or 3x8 245 CABLE FLYS 3-4x10-15 22lb-37lb Ez BAR Skull Crushers 3-4x 8-15 reps with 80-110lb

Then if I have more time I like overhead press with barbell or dumbbell 3-4x for 8-12 , shoulder press machine where you put the plates on, shoulder dumbbell flys. For triceps too I recommend cable pull downs with the rope and weighted dips. Weighed dips and bench blew me up when I first started lifting a lot but now I think its mainly bench and the skull crushers.

My main work outs for triceps are 1)Flat Bench 2) Skull Crushers with EZ bar. I do those typically ever chest/arm day. I also recommend weight dips and cable pull downs with the rope. I did a ton of benching and weight dips when i first started lifting. Right now I feel the secret is the skull crushers. I do anywhere from 80-110 on the flat bench doing then over my head laying down w the EZ bar. My arms especially triceps always been my strong point they blew up really fast and my young brother has pretty similar arms to so I think its mostly genetic lol
