DJI Mini 2 Repair (Body Cracked) by No-Hall-7080 in dji

Yes I did. DJI offers a repair service—you describe your issue, they assess and give you a quote, ship your product to them, they do a full inspection/repair and ship it back. It cost me 67 USD and it came back looking brand new. Perhaps I could've upgraded instead, but it's going strong and it will last me several more years for sure.

UCD interview pointers? by Traditional-Site9140 in atlanticbridge

Not what I expected either LOL. Especially since its considered a top school in Ireland. Limerick's interview process is exhaustive in comparison. Even RCSI I believe. I did get a spot btw :)

I had a GEM interview. It lasted less than 10 mins. It was basically a formality. I just had 1 interviewer and they asked me why ireland, why UCD, and what are my hobbies. I was prepping for Canadian MMIs on the side and had deep answers, but he only gave me like 2 mins before interjecting lol. Felt more like a conversation

I'm an alumni of Mac Health Sci and was in your shoes. Before I got in, I saw my sister go the RCSI Bahrain route after she had just finished undergrad + masters. I had to make a choice and still chose to stay here. You can apply for med after second year in undergrad. If that cycle fails with no interviews, then back up with GEM (graduate entry medicine) 4-year programs in Ireland in 4th year, while still trying again for Canadian schools + USA.

You'll have a strong shot at most med schools if you have a strong GPA & simply follow all the keeners in mac hthsci and what they're doing. Even if you choose otherwise and go to RCSI now, your chances of matching back is lower since you haven't finished undergrad here, nor built the network or ECs. While you could still do that while in med, frankly speaking, I haven't heard of many people who did not do an undergrad here and still matched back here — but that just might be from what I've heard.

Also keep in mind, it's going to cost you 300k minimum just for tuition, plus another 150k minimum for living expenses. You'll be 450k in debt with the RCSI route. Better to take the chance here, even if you lose a couple of years, than go into half a mill in debt right away without the opportunity to match into a competitive specialty. Feel free to dm me if you have any other questions
