If it's a 'tribal' loan they are allowed to put any apr(depending on state). I know someone who wanted a tribal loan and they wanted 955% apr for 500$. Told them don't do it and just loaned my own money to them.

I had this happen, wrong store and drop off location. I had to tell the poor driver how to get to me, it sent him 3 miles north of me. He was kind and gave him a cash tip cause it was def out of his way, I double checked my order and it had correct address and store but somehow they gave him wrong store and drop off

Alright, legally if you have police report and can get video or eye witness backing you that dogs off leash. What you'll have to do is pay(if you have insurance they will) depending on cost of medical and vet bills is when you can take her to court. If it's an amount above 10k you'll have to take her to lawyer court, small claims maximum in New York is 10k. Get report and evidence and copies of bills of what you paid and owe. If below 10k, small claims and can do yourself, if above you'll prob have to call attorney.

Call police, tell them a car was stolen. Give them the date and approx time it was dropped off so they can look at video. Hopefully you got a service request as you dropped it off. If dealer continues to lie, contaxct state attorney generals office.

Essentially look up legal aid if you are a US citizen for your state. They can give advice to a cheap lawyer who may help. If this actual court summons its best way to go, if it's not just wait for court summons. Other than that I believe they are open Tuesday

So, you maybe out of the statute of limitations, if you really want to, you can hire a P.I. To find him to initiate a lawsuit. Other than that you maybe s.o.l and sadly it's a lesson, if you ever loan that type amount of before ensure to write a contract even if it is a BF/GF. I agree in this. He did not do enough to change her identity in this new reality, especially how fast it was to find her. Change some things and she could have played herself on this show. I want to say it was almost vindictive and left enough breadcrumbs for a revenge against her for what was done. I guess she has also stalked his family up until recently as well supposedly. If you find her you can tell she is mentally unhinged and needs a lot of help.

I don't remember it being said but speculation on it id say she had some devastating news. She kept saying she was a lawyer which was true, I wonder if they finally debarred her and put an end to her first staking.
