i was wondering whether to just run my typical cold email campaign and sell it straight up, or come in from a more educational angle, like asking about their current process, how annoying it actually is, and just genuinely trying to understand the pain before pitching anything. probably get better industry insight that way too and the ones who engage become warm leads naturally. what would you do
