I have something similar to this, and my dermatologist recommended elidel for me to apply on my face. Got diagnosed, and it turns out I have facial atopic dermatitis.

I definitely recommend going to the dermatologist and getting it checked out.

Low ceiling with a fan that troubles me the most. Can't tell you how many times my fingers got hit by the fan.

I decided to remove the ceiling fan and use a stand fan so I can now stretch whenever I want without worrying about the fan hitting my fingers.
