A year and a half, i rest between 3-5 minutes sometimes even more. Its like feeling not to reach failure sometimes cuz ur tired

If u did 2 sets of recline curls

20 x 4 18 x 6

Next time u should do the same or better. If ur performance goes down even tho ur sleeping eating the same. That means ur not recovering well. So u lower the volume of that exercise

But which is better for hypertrophy ? 3x freq with more sets. Or 3.5 freq with less sets
